The essence of the work psychological approach to selection is that the psychologist maps and explores the presence of various competencies, competency ensembles and personality traits required to do the job with the help of various tests. The arsenal of psychological tests and examination devices offers extensive possibilities to explore the skills and competencies of the candidate.
Our discussion with the customer includes the specification of his expectations concerning the candidate, which serve as the basis of the selection of the psychological examination methods to map the personality traits and competencies of the candidates. The candidate who meets the expectations best is selected in view of the examination results.

Personality tests:

Personality tests reveal the attitude of the individual to his/her world and environment as well as his/her personality traits. There are no good and bad test results: the answers to the questions describe the applicant himself/herself.
The personality profile made of the candidate during testing helps predict his/her future integration capacity, conduct in a job and a community.
