To implement a business management philosophy and business operations focused on quality, we have created, are operating and continuously developing our Quality Policy conforming to the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standard.


Our fundamental commitments with respect to abiding by the principles described in our Quality Policy are as follows:

Customer Relations
We strive to build long-term stable customer relations. The content of our services has been standardised – while retaining the necessary rate of flexibility – and we are working to continuously improve our operations in the light of the comments and recommendations from our customers and candidates.


Candidate Relations
We keep notifying the candidates registering with us of the open positions suitable for them. We act in a civilised and professionally sound manner throughout the recruitment and selection procedures. Details of candidates are processed in accordance with amendment 118/2001 to Government Decree 57/2003 (IV. 24.) on the protection of personal data.


Our Staff
We employ staff who possess appropriate expertise and who are committed to doing quality work. We have developed a transparent organisational structure, with clear delineation of functions and responsibility. We organise regular training sessions to improve the professional skills of our staff and to impart on them information related to quality. Our employees receive official feedback on their performance every six months.


Suppliers
We have built up a stable group of supplier firms in order to ensure that we are able to operate at high standards. We expect our partners to be focused on quality and clients, which we assess on a regular basis.


IT Background and Documentation
Recruitment and selection operations – which comprise out core activities – are recorded with the help of a software application we have developed ourselves. We  have created, maintain and improve a transparent electronic and paper-based documentation system covering the standard processes. We operate a modern IT background and use only legal software.


Environment
Protecting the natural environment is among our priorities. We have therefore been operating a selective waste collection arrangement within the firm since 2001.
